Job Description
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy: Develop a clear plan for social media goals, target audience, content, budget, and measurement methods.
- Competitor analysis: Study competitors’ social media strategies and identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs): Identify measurable goals that will be used to evaluate the performance of social media accounts.
- Participate in developing, engaging and innovative content: Create posts, images, videos, stories, live broadcasts, and other types of content that align with the brand’s strategy.
- Manage the publishing schedule: Identify the best times to publish on each social media platform and ensure consistency of content.
- Collaborate with other teams: Work with design, writing, and video teams to produce high-quality content.
- Crisis management: Deal with any crises or issues that may arise on social media.
Analysis and measurement:
- Track performance: Use analytics tools to measure the performance of social media accounts, identify key metrics, and track paid advertising campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to determine what works and what doesn’t and make recommendations for improvement.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to company management on social media performance.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- A deep understanding of social media platforms: Know how each platform works and identify best practices.
- Strong writing skills: Ability to write engaging and persuasive content.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it.
- Creative skills: Ability to develop new and innovative ideas for content.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external audiences
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts or Fine Arts
