Quality Manager

Main Duties & Job Description 

• Monitor and mentor the employee performance & calls with all methods 

• Conduct sales training for the employees (existing employees & newly hired) 

• Conduct (OJT) on job Training for the employees

 • Ensure the alignment of the benchmarks of target Operations, sales, Invoices, SLAs, policies, and procedures. 

• Work closely with the operation and sales department and other supporting functions. 

• Tailor, and enhance controls for every process or campaign ongoing

. • Create and Identify the KPIs for the processes. • Deliver the proper coaching for the employees based on their performance or the incidents. 

• Manage, control, and improve the performance of the company’s employees

 • Make sure all quality standards are implemented and monitored 

• Prepare and present detailed reports to the top management with the workflow performance, issues, action plan, and corrective actions.

 • Setting and implementing the mission which matches the company’s vision 

• Keep accurate records, documents, and calls for the sales agents updated and meeting the company’s target

• Setting a clear action plan with the corrective actions in order to enhance and improve the quality figures for other departments
