The Mechanical Instructor at Engosoft Company plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs in Mechanical field . This position involves facilitating learning experiences that prepare participants for successful careers in engineering fields
Responsibilities
- Operation and Maintenance - Chilled Water AHUs, FCUs, centerfugal fans, Window, Split, Concealed, Package & VRF AC Units , Handling Refrigerants
- Operation and Maintenance - Air Compressors, pumps, incuding pump alignment (centrifugal Pumps - Laser shaft alignment of pump and motor),Mechanical seal & Coupling, Impeller , Bearing , and vibration test
- Operation & maintenance of Air Blowers (Larg capacity- STP), Lab instruments calibration
- Operation & maintenance of New Oil & Grease Seperator system, Operation & maintenance of New Filtration System
Must Have

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Pervious Work Experience as Instructor/Trainer is a Plus.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in instructional roles focused on HR certification training or professional development.

Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills; proficiency in instructional technology and learning management systems.

Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Training principles, practices.
