- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments and feedback loops.
- Leverage tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms for content creation.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and adapt content for diverse learners.
- Continuously update materials based on industry trends and learner feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning content creation.
- Proficiency in instructional technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
