The Electrical Instructor at Engosoft Company plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs in Electrical field . This position involves facilitating learning experiences that prepare participants for successful careers in engineering fields
Responsibilities
- Electric basic training for electric panels and connections
- MV Switchgear Operation & Maintenance ( L&T )
- Batteries, Battery Charger & AC/DC System Maintenance
- High Voltage Equipment Operation & Maintenance
- Remote Monitoring and Control Systems Training
Must Have
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Pervious Work Experience as Instructor/Trainer is a Plus.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in instructional roles focused on HR certification training or professional development.

Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills; proficiency in instructional technology and learning management systems.

Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Training principles, practices.
