Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging, structured, and interactive digital marketing courses online or on-site.
- Adapt training techniques to suit diverse learning styles and skill levels.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design, update, and optimize course material following industry trends.
- Incorporate practical examples, case studies, and projects to enhance learner outcomes.
- Technical Expertise:
- Teach core topics such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics, and PPC Campaign Management.
- Stay updated on the latest tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and more.
- Learner Engagement:
- Provide regular feedback and support to students through forums, email, or live sessions.
- Conduct evaluations and certifications to measure skill acquisition.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with the eLearning, Marketing, and Development departments to ensure courses align with Engosoft’s strategic goals.
- Participate in periodic instructor meetings to discuss progress and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications like Google Ads, HubSpot Marketing, or similar are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience as a trainer or educator in digital marketing is preferred.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and performance marketing.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Classroom).
