Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Delivery:
    • Conduct engaging, structured, and interactive digital marketing courses online or on-site.
    • Adapt training techniques to suit diverse learning styles and skill levels.
  2. Curriculum Development:
    • Design, update, and optimize course material following industry trends.
    • Incorporate practical examples, case studies, and projects to enhance learner outcomes.
  3. Technical Expertise:
    • Teach core topics such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics, and PPC Campaign Management.
    • Stay updated on the latest tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and more.
  4. Learner Engagement:
    • Provide regular feedback and support to students through forums, email, or live sessions.
    • Conduct evaluations and certifications to measure skill acquisition.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Partner with the eLearning, Marketing, and Development departments to ensure courses align with Engosoft’s strategic goals.
    • Participate in periodic instructor meetings to discuss progress and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications like Google Ads, HubSpot Marketing, or similar are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3-5 years in digital marketing or a similar role.
    • Proven experience as a trainer or educator in digital marketing is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and performance marketing.
    • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in LMS platforms and digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Classroom).
