Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Preparation:
- Gather data from marketing platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant sources.
- Clean, validate, and ensure data accuracy for analysis.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze marketing metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Segment audiences to enhance personalized marketing efforts.
- Reporting and Visualization:
- Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Present findings to the marketing and leadership teams with actionable recommendations.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Test and optimize marketing strategies through A/B testing and other methodologies.
- Predictive Analytics:
- Utilize statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast marketing outcomes and guide decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and IT teams to ensure a cohesive data strategy across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably in marketing.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
