Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection and Preparation:
    • Gather data from marketing platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant sources.
    • Clean, validate, and ensure data accuracy for analysis.
  2. Data Analysis:
    • Analyze marketing metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign performance.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
    • Segment audiences to enhance personalized marketing efforts.
  3. Reporting and Visualization:
    • Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
    • Present findings to the marketing and leadership teams with actionable recommendations.
  4. Campaign Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
    • Test and optimize marketing strategies through A/B testing and other methodologies.
  5. Predictive Analytics:
    • Utilize statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast marketing outcomes and guide decision-making.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales, product, and IT teams to ensure a cohesive data strategy across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably in marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
