Must Have

  • • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • • Certification: CSCP certification required.
  • • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in instructional roles focused on supply chain management or professional certification training.
  • • Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills; proficiency in instructional technology and learning management systems.
  • • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles, practices, and CSCP certification exam content.
  • • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities


  • Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative instructional sessions tailored to the CSCP certification curriculum.
  • Content Development: Develop, update, and customize course materials, including presentations, case studies, and simulations, aligned with CSCP certification requirements.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Administer exams, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate participant understanding and readiness for certification.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and individualized coaching to participants to enhance their grasp of supply chain concepts and exam preparation.
  • Curriculum Enhancement: Collaborate with curriculum development teams to ensure course content reflects current CSCP exam content and industry best practices.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about updates in supply chain management practices, certification requirements, and industry trends to enhance instructional effectiveness.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage participant records, attendance, and other administrative duties related to course delivery and certification.
