Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a B2C sales strategy to drive revenue and increase market share.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the B2C team.
- Monitor sales KPIs, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to expand the customer base.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and coach the B2C sales team to achieve their targets.
- Conduct regular sales training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the sales team.
- Establish a high-performance sales culture that encourages motivation and accountability.
3. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop strategies to attract and retain customers, improving customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through an excellent sales process.
- Manage and optimize the customer sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
4. Sales Operations & CRM Optimization
- Oversee the use of CRM tools to track leads, sales performance, and customer interactions.
- Ensure seamless communication between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to enhance product offerings and service quality.
- Improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and reduce sales cycle time.
5. Reporting & Market Analysis
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing, promotions, and sales tactics.
Key Requirements:
1. Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in B2C sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in education, training, or tech sales is a plus.
