The CP ( Certified Professional ) Course Instructor at Engosoft Company is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on SHRM's Certified Professional certifications. This role plays a critical part in preparing participants for successful careers in human resources through effective instructional methods and comprehensive curriculum delivery.
Must Have
- • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- • Pervious Work Experience as Instructor/Trainer is a Plus.

- • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in instructional roles focused on HR certification training or professional development.
- • Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills; proficiency in instructional technology and learning management systems.
- • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and SHRM certification exam content.
- • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative instructional sessions tailored to SHRM's Certified Professional certification exam content.
- Content Development: Develop, update, and customize course materials, including presentations, handouts, and case studies, aligned with SHRM certification requirements.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Administer and assess participant performance through quizzes, exams, and simulations to gauge readiness for certification.
- Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to participants to enhance their understanding and application of HR principles.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Collaborate with curriculum development teams to ensure course materials reflect current SHRM certification content and industry best practices.
- Professional Development: Stay current with SHRM certification updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve instructional effectiveness.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage participant records, attendance, and other administrative duties related to course delivery and certification.
