General job description

the direct supervisor of sales teams in development, operation, training, improving sales numbers, tracking performance, solving client problems, offering development ideas for the sale process and improving productivity.  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Essential Functions 

  • Preparation of a monthly Target Plan action plan for its sales team • 
  • Daily follow-up to the productivity of each staff member and report to the sector manager •  
  • Follow-up of staff assessment of the team from the Quality and Training Section to avoid error • 
  • Training of new staff during authorized duration 
  •  Reporting to the sales manager on the productivity of employees - obstacles affecting sales - monthly customer opinions
  •  Identification of the training needs of the sales team 
  •  Monthly evaluation report on the staff of the Panel 
  • Realistic training of staff through a high-quality call to staff - good recording of data on the Sistem 
  • Candidatures for qualified staff for promotion or increase 
  •  Submission of a periodic report to the Director of Sales to indicate what has been achieved and what has been deferred and why.

  Qualifications & Skills:

 • Experience of at least 5-7 years in sales and at least 2 years in the same job name 

• Quality in handling various computer programs such as CRM and call systems. 

• The ability to know the products and services provided by the enterprise and to provide appropriate explanation and description to clients. 

• Good speech and writing in Arabic and English. 

• The ability to communicate perfectly and communicate with an appropriate voice. 

• Good handling of rejections and the ability to use an accent that preserves the mental image of the enterprise. 

• Possess negotiation skills, respond to client requirements and be persuasive.

Degrees or diplomas 

  • Academia in marketing, business and sales management, and customer service is preferred
  •  Participation in approved training courses for good handling of customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot CRM 
  •  Access to training courses to identify telephone communication programmers such as VoIP and others.
  •   Good handling of e-mail and correspondence programmers such as Microsoft Outlook to follow client feedback after calls.
  •   Degree in Bachelor ' s degree 
  • Previous experience with sales functions
