The CMRT (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician) Course Instructor at Engosoft will be responsible for delivering training services in the field of maintenance and reliability. The instructor will manage training projects, establish and maintain cooperation protocols with governmental agencies, and ensure the effectiveness of training programs within the Saudi market.
Must Have

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering,
Maintenance Management, or a related field

CMRT certification is preferred

Previous Work Experience as Instructor/Trainer
is a Plus.

Minimum of 8 years in training or engineering
education, with a focus on maintenance and reliability
- In-depth understanding of the Saudi engineering and training market.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills

Fluency in Arabic and English.

- Course Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the CMRT certification.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage training projects to ensure timely completion.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Establish and maintain cooperation agreements with governmental agencies and other relevant parties.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and relevance of training materials.
